I'm on Panel Picker!
My friend James Victoré has this content series he calls "Dangerous Ideas". I love it. I have a lot of dangerous ideas about things... (most of which I keep to myself).
When it comes to strategy, eliminating the brief is probably one of my most "dangerous" ideas. I believe our discipline should be about enabling divergent thinking. Therefore briefing needs to be rooted in what we know works to support the creative process - 99x/100 that is not a perfectly templated piece of paper.
Whether this idea resonates with you, pisses you off, or you have no idea what I'm talking about (all valid!), I'd appreciate you giving me an up-vote in the Panel Picker for SXSW 2020 so I can get the opportunity to share some new (and IMHO better) ways of turning insights to action.
